A sponsorship proposal from Another Mastamynd Hit LLC. One day of car culture, vehicle competition and community, with cross-promotion through Ohio Cannabis Live and the separately operated Ohio Cannabis Expo.
The audience
Vehicle owners, custom builders, automotive clubs, local businesses and cannabis community members. Ohio Cannabis Live has reached 1.5 million YouTube views. That is historical channel reach, not a forecast of car show attendance or sponsor impressions.
The show
Classic, modern, muscle, import/tuner, truck/SUV, lowrider/custom and motorcycle entries. Planned recognition includes class awards, Best in Show, People’s Choice, paint/wrap, interior and engine bay. Final judging schedule, classes and display capacity depend on the approved event plan.
The Expo connection
The Columbus Expo runs Friday, May 21. Its ticket includes car show spectator access on May 21. Car show vehicle competition entry is separate. A car-show-only ticket does not grant Expo admission. The events have separate registrations, sponsor inventory and accounting.

Vendor space is proposed at $250 for the one-day event. Proposed judged vehicle entry is $45 early or $55 standard. These are planning rates. Confirm final capacity, inclusions, deadlines and terms with the event team before payment.
Sponsor visibility
Available placements may include event website recognition, award naming, approved onsite signage, vehicle-area recognition and agreed Ohio Cannabis Live promotion. Your written package specifies each placement, timing and deliverable. Celebrity participation and specific attendance totals are not guaranteed.
Event standards
21+. No cannabis sales or consumption, weapons, illegal activity, burnouts, racing or reckless driving. The site plan must preserve accessible routes, emergency lanes and free general attendee parking. Public hours and vehicle arrival arrangements remain subject to venue approval.
